Im Running Windows 98SE v A on a 533mhz Celeron with 191mb of RAM.Īfter peeking around the Simtower folder I noticed a program in the folder named "Info.exe", when you open it, it seems to spit out a bunch of system info in a DOS console. Ignore does squat, and close closes Sim Tower and displays the Illegal operation message. So far, it works up the when you start a new game, there, it runs for about 1 hour game time, and locks up, and displays one of those white "An error has occured." messages with Close and Ignore. you can change the install directory, write anything for the company name etc, and it should be fine. What does the error say? I have XP aswell and the setup works.
